Heather, alongside managing the back end of our operations, takes care of crucial aspects such as marketing, customer care, and overall office management. With her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, she ensures that every interaction with Full Deal Insulation exceeds your expectations.
On the job site, you’ll find Leelen, one of our experienced operations managers. Born and raised in the valley, Leelen has a deep connection to the community. He lives here with his partner and is a dedicated father of four. Leelen is the guy who just doesn’t quit until the job is done. His unwavering commitment and tireless work ethic ensure that your insulation project is completed
to the highest standards.
Working alongside Leelen is Tyler, another skilled operations manager. Together, they oversee every aspect of the insulation process, specializing in cellulose blowing. Their expertise guarantees efficient and effective installation, providing you with optimal energy efficiency and comfort.
Heather and Tyler are not only dedicated professionals but also a loving couple with two little ones.
